The Wills Cottage architecture complements our Historic Wills House, one of the only historic residences in the garden district of Alpharetta. Just a short walk to the heart of downtown Alpharetta, you will discover many fabulous restaurants and shopping. We are a stone’s throw from beautiful Wills Park with recreational areas, walking trails and 50-acre top class equestrian center.

Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

Come rest and enjoy all the comforts of a unique space within walkable distance to the happenings of main street downtown Ball Ground. If you need a washer and dryer for longer stays, we have recently made that available.

It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years. So if you love a “home environment” and not the hotel experience for your stay this peaceful horse farm with nature all around could be just the right choice. The farm is convenient to Canton, Woodstock and Alpharetta.

Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods.
