We can't adequately describe how peaceful it is to sit in the HOT TUB on the deck & watch the sunset turn the sky pink & purple over the Smoky Mountains. We purposely tucked the cabin high up against the mountainside to achieve the most incredible view! Evenings around the Fire pit w/the stars are simply magical! Guest cliff jump at the secret swimming hole, canoe the lake, hike the Appalachian trail, whitewater raft the Nantahala River, and rest in an amazingly cozy & romantic mountain cabin.

Sleeps 10 with 4 BR, 3 baths, 4 porches, firepit, electric darts, & pool table. 4th BR will be locked for less than 7 guests . Clear open path to the lake. Near WagonMaster Ranch for mini golf, & Charter tours on lake with dock pickup. It's out in the country on a gravel subdivision road. 40 min. to casino. NO PETS due to homeowner allergens- Cellular 5G pocket Wi-Fi modem at cabin.

Located in the community of Bear Paw. This property has everything you would need for a relaxing getaway. Lakefront with private dock. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath house has an additional 2000 sq ft of open deck for entertaining and relaxing. Seasonal outdoor shower, grill, fire pit, plenty of outdoor furniture. The large private master bedroom has spacious ensuite bathroom with jet tub and walk in shower. Hiwassee Lake is connected to the TVA. During fall and winter months lake levels will lower.

Welcome to our mountain paradise! This spacious home offers amazing lake & mountain views. The house is lakefront with a private covered dock, paddle boards & a swim platform. This is the epitome of “getting away from it all” with hammocks and a firepit. There are so many yummy dining options, waterfalls, wineries, breweries, and more if you can drag yourself away from the lake. The sunrises, moonrises, rainbows, and sunsets over the lake are breathtaking. Treat yourself- you'll be glad did!

Nearly a full acre of property with covered dual slip dock and huge sun deck, kayaks, awesome fishing, deep water, upper screened in porch, picnic table, king size bedroom, queen bedroom, triple bunk bedroom, 42" smart TVs throughout house, high speed wifi, gas grill, large driveway, new HVAC, steps to water on shoreline, ladder on deep water dock, custom slate fire pit patio overlooking shore and water, unlimited firewood!

Waterfront 3 bedroom cottage in the woods.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.

Take the foot path or the golf cart down to the dock and spend your days relaxing on the water, or simply enjoy the view from the house, the patio, or the fire pit. When you're done, chill in the rec room until dinner. Launch your boat at either of the 2 nearby boat ramps and tie up at the dock
