Barnacle Bills Marina is apx. 0.5 mile away where you can dine and have a relaxing beverage of your choice. Bring your boat! We have a hot tub in the man cave from mid September to mid May.

We have a wonderful huge covered awning which allows year-round use! What’s new: outdoor tv and shower and children’s swing set! Must be at least 28 years old to rent! It sleeps 15, not 15 beds.

The Brice features a large outdoor living space complete with bar, hot tub, bar table, porch swing, dining table and tons of outdoor games such as Cornhole, flag football, bocce ball etc. The interior features beds for 3 couples and 4 singles.
