Located right beside the Broad river in the mill hill village and just a short 10 miles from limestone college and 20 miles from Gardner web, you can bring your kayaks and explore the various boat landing points up and down the river or you can go out to the various national trails in the area. You can also take a short 16 mile drive to the new near by casino. This is the perfect little get away for what ever your plans are.

We are inviting you to visit our small farmette. We have a bedroom, sunroom, bathroom, kitchenelle and a covered patio area. There is a fire pit and BBQ available. You can take a short hike on the property or a long hike at Cowpens National Battlefield a little over two miles away. We are 23 miles away from Tryon International Equestrian Center. This is a place of quietness and to get away from the busyness of city life. We are close for Spartanburg. Not far away from 3 airports.

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

Enjoy the resort-like getaway right in town. 5 min to shopping, restaurants. Only 10 min to downtown. Unit is pet friendly ($49).

Looking for a new adventure? Come stay on our working farm. Learn about dairy sheep, raising chickens and gardening, or just relax and listen to the water rushing on the creek trail. The apartment is located in the front of the property. This property overlooks a small pasture and surrounded by woods with several small creeks and trails. More pasture is in the rear of property. Large porch off the apartment for sitting and bird watching.

Set on a startup farm in the country of Spartanburg County, you’ll be 5 minutes from antique and coffee shops in historic Cowpens, 20 minutes from downtown Spartanburg, and 45 minutes from downtown Greenville. No wifi, but cell signal is normally good. Come visit, relax, and enjoy the view!
