Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

It is close to beautiful Douglas Lake, with an easy 20-25 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Enjoy listening to the sounds of nature under the covered fire pit in the crisp autumn evenings, soak in the private hot tub for two after a day of exploring, and snuggling up in front of the cozy fire place in the cooler wintry months.

Asheville is only a few minutes away and is home to some of the best restaurants you can find. Arts, crafts, shopping etc. are at your fingertips as well as tons of hiking trails.

On our 10' x 40" deck, you can enjoy the sunrise with coffee in a rocking chair, relax in the afternoon, cookout in the evening, and gaze at the stars from the hot tub after a day of hiking on the many nearby trails, including the Appalachian Trail.
