Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cottage. Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford and the beauty and calm of The Cotswolds, the Cottage provides a newly refurbished home from home to stop, relax and explore the surrounding area: Blenheim Palace and Woodstock (7.5 miles), Soho Farmhouse (8 miles), Bicester Village (8.5 miles) and Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm (12 miles). The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

Located in the original farm yard of Manor House Farm, in the heart of the Cotswold village of Duns Tew, the stables have been carefully remodeled to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The building is tucked in the corner of the old farmyard in a secluded spot and has a small south facing patio area perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening sun. Duns Tew is an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds, and is within 30 mins of Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bicester village.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Close to Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Cotswolds, SoHo Farmhouse , Kirtlington Park, Oxfordshire Way, Diddly Squat Farm, and Bicester Village. We have a great local pub, The Oxford Arms and a very popular Indian restaurant at Dashwood by Aziz, with other eateries a short drive away. Fabulous walking area. For those seeking a touch of luxury we are close to Estelle Manor, SoHo Farmhouse and RH.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden with own outside dining area.

The barn is a luxury 2 bed conversion which has been renovated by an interior designer, so it has the feel of the Farmhouse, without the pricetag. It has a small private garden situated in a stunning private courtyard setting. It’s a gateway to the Cotswolds in luxury accommodation, close to Blenheim, Daylesford, Diddly Squat & Silverstone. A lovely converted barn on a farm in Oxfordshire. The Cow Shed looks out over the garden with views across the countryside. The property includes a double bedroom and an open plan twin room comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The large kitchen/living space has a traditional kitchen with hob, oven and microwave/combi and full length windows. The farm is ideally situated for short walks around the farm or longer walks around the local countryside. 10 mins from the M40.
