The Observatory on Rose Manor is a private home. It’s 2 blocks from the heart of downtown & beach. Colonial Beach is the golf cart capital of Virginia, we all drive them here. Rent one when your in town. Just over an hour south of DC. This small town takes you back in time with events & local charm. This brand new rental is on the grounds of Rose Manor. Rose Manor was built 1896 it operated as the New Willard hotel for over 50 years. Come relax on its huge porches & enjoy the water view.

Chesapeake Bay Apartment w/Free Season Beach Pass!

Brookeside is an apartment above a garage, private from the main house. There is one bedroom, bathroom, and large living room with a pullout couch and cot. Most of the back property is environmentally protected Chesapeake Bay where you will enjoy birds singing all day. We are located just a few miles from a casino, waterpark, and beaches. From here it is very easy to explore everything on the western shore from Southern Maryland, DC, Baltimore, and historic Annapolis.

Families & Fisherman love to relax in our spacious 3 bed, 3 bath waterfront home. Bring your boat & put in at a local ramp or use our 150 ft long fishing pier. You will see amazing sunrises & sunsets!! Bay gazing by campfire or hammock are some of our favorite moments. Only 10-20 minutes away from great things to do: Tangier Island cruises, Rice's Historical Hotel, Bush Mill Preserve, charter fishing & more. Come unplug and make memories while you rest, restore.

One Bedroom Guest Studio Suite

Come stay at our newly renovated guest suite in the heart of Rockville, MD. The 1-bedroom studio suite is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Our suite is steps away from public transportation (Route 48) which takes you to the red-line metro (Wheaton or Rockville), and a walkable distance from a shopping center featuring a grocery store, restaurants, etc. There is ample space for parking in front of the property.
