A ten minute walk away from the village of Caergwrle with its own "castle" and rail line Estyn Lodge is set in beautiful countryside and offers far reaching views over Cheshire and North Wales. The self contained accommodation is spread over two floors with the upstairs being accessed by a slim spiral staircase. There is a small private decked area to the rear with off road parking to the front. Road links to North Wales and Chester makes this an ideal location for a long or short break.

The Loft

The Loft is an en-suite bedroom above our garage with separate access and plenty of off-street safe parking. There are no cooking facilities but there is a coffee machine, kettle and some basic supplies. Breakfast is not included but can be by arrangement. Please note that it’s a family home and so we don’t guarantee silence! Oulton Park, Blakemere Craft Centre, The Hollies and The Shire Horse Centre are all local. Access is easy to Chester, Knutsford and Manchester.

Annexe with Hot Tub and Pool Table, Chester

This is the perfect place for up to 4 people to relax and unwind. The introduction of a hot tub really makes the annexe the perfect location to celebrate a special occasion. Outdoors the annexe overlooks large gardens. Indoors the annexe is open plan. If you're looking for something a little different the room also has a pool table! You’ll also find ample free parking. Please note the hot tub is an additional charge of £50 per night.

Located in charming Holt, one half of our lovely Georgian home with own lounge, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchenette. The River Dee and plenty of countryside walks on the doorstep. A cyclists haven. Easy reach of Chester and Wrexham. Two great pubs and two Bistros in the village. A wealth of other, lovely hostelries in the surrounding countryside area. Price based on 6 persons.

Studio space, with en-suite bathroom. Opposite a golf club - you can play as a guest for just £20 Saturday/Sunday pm. It’s a beautiful, undulating course.
