Possibly the warmest award winning outdoor pool in the U.K. Minimum winter temperature of 89 Degtees F! The retreat cabin is a place for couples to genuinely switch off from the outside world. Relax in private luxury with a fantastic teak hot tub and award winning luxury swimming pool just feet from your door. Fitted with remote controlled privacy blinds which can be fully or partially openen. Underfloor heating is also fitted. This area is completely private and not shared with other guests.

Garden cabin

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog (doggie is not there during the summer break) ;-)) The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside

Cosy 1-bed annexe in the Chilterns

Stonehouse annexe is a self-contained extension within a 350 year old Grade 2 listed property. Potten End is situated just outside the perimeter of Ashridge Estate, with the lovely town of Berkhamsted 5 minutes' drive away. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.

The property stands on over 2 acres of exclusive garden for you to explore and enjoy. We are surrounded by neighbouring farms and fields inviting you to get away from it all. Cosy private self contained annex attached to home is perfect for business or pleasure. The whole place is yours; kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedroom and patio area. 1 Parking space provided. Shared porch. Not suitable for children. Only two guests allowed. The property is driving distance to the industrial area, to town, bars & restaurants or a short walk/drive to main railway lines to London. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.
