The Cottage at Hoffman Barn

The Cottage at Hoffman Barn is a freestanding modern studio cottage located on what was once a dairy farm. The cottage is filled with eclectic art and modern appliances. Outside, your private deck is surrounded by mature specimen trees, birds and nature! You will love the charming waterfall patio and freedom to walk most of the four acre property including visits to goats and chickens at the stable. Most amenities needed for a lovely private getaway or a productive business trip are included.

The J. Pyle House, built in 1844, is in the National Historic District of Kennett Square, PA. We are right in the heart of walkable downtown Kennett Square and a quick 6 minute drive to Longwood Gardens. The townhome has been lovingly restored to reflect its mid-19th century roots, while providing an updated, cozy place to relax while visiting our quaint town. 45 min to the PHL airport, 25 min to Wilmington, DE, 25 min to West Chester University, 6 min to Longwood Gardens 15 min to Winterthur

The Mill Road Farmhouse is a destination in and of itself. Immaculately restored inside and out, this home is a true retreat in the middle of Amish Country. We have a feeling you will be spending all of your time relaxing by pool and hot tub during the warmer months (or maybe grilling up a feast in the brand new outdoor kitchen area) and curled up next to one of the four indoor fireplaces during the winter months. And then of course end each day star-gazing while sitting around the campfire.

Our apartment in located in the heart of West Chester PA. Our place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, great views, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love Sunset Valley Farm because it is a Horse property with activities on the property (season permitting). Horse lessons, Kayak, creek, fishing, and near all of the local attractions (King of Prussia Mall, Gettysburg, Valley Forge, Brandywine river, Lancaster (Amish country) 40 mins away).
