You’ll love my place because of views, location, new condition, steam shower feature in upper shower, the jacuzzi tub feature in lower washroom,the view of the Calgary skyline, the mountains, the river, etc, etc!!!! My place ,great for couples, solo adventurers. The home is close to public transport, the Calgary Zoo, 20 min from the airport.

We have adapted the laundry room to provide our guests with a convenient area to make meals. We are situated across the street from a park with a playground and tennis courts. This is a basement suite NO PARTIES, I live upstairs. My home is on a very quiet tree-lined street, with easy access to the Trans-Canada Hwy or Deerfoot trail (QE2) which gets you to the airport. You have your own private entrance leading down to a basement suite. The space is very generous, with lots of room to spread out your rock climbing gear or whatever adventure you’re up to in the mountains.
