This house is new (built in 2021) in Cheticamp, on Cabot Trail. It has two apartments (Unit 1 on main floor & Unit 2 downstairs). This listing is for Unit 2 which has the following characteristics: - spacious, 3 large bedrooms; - large windows to see out & let sun in; - pet friendly; - view from outside of amazing sunsets & Cheticamp Harbour (only partially visible from inside because unit is downstairs); - close to CB Highlands National Park (with spectacular scenery and hiking trails).

Oceanfront Cottage (LeBlanc Chalet)

Built in 2018, our cozy cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 guests who will have full access to 2 bedrooms plus 1 loft! There’s a second level balcony, where you catch the morning sunrise and the front deck offers views from the ocean with amazing sunsets. Our cottage is a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, minutes away from la plage St. Pierre, a short distance to Le Portage Golf course and the National Park. ** our cottage is approx. 50 feet from a gradual 8-10 feet drop to the rock beach below

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!
