Bright and spacious with high ceilings, exposed beams, contemporary furniture, an indoor pool and extensive gardens.

After enjoying walks in the stunning surrounding countryside with beautiful views of the Mendip Hills, or trips to nearby Bristol or Bath, you can relax on the small private terrace or cosy up inside. With one bedroom and a sofa bed, it’s the perfect place to get away with family or friends. Hannah & Olly look forward to welcoming you to the Lodge. Family friendly, you are welcome to enjoy the spacious garden and kids toys (trampoline, wendy house, ride-ons, swing & slide).

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Garden Flat near Whiteladies Road with Parking

Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

This impressive, newly renovated Victorian flat has a large living/dining room and a spacious double bedroom with modern en suite. Beautifully presented throughout, this apartment is conveniently situated in the heart of Redland, making it perfect for couples or solo visitors of all ages. Guests will enjoy all the amenities of Whiteladies Road with artisan coffee shops, lively pubs and a wide range of restaurants just moments away. Parking is included for one car.

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

The property also has Michelin star restaurant The Pony and Trap a short walk away, owned by Masterchef judge Josh Eggleton.

Lower Brook Cottage is a cosy 18th Century cottage located in the picturesque village of Woollard within easy reach of Bristol & Bath. The Cottage is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and we are also dog friendly (1 small/medium sized well behaved dog is welcome!). Ultra fast fibre broadband is a recent addition for guests needing to work from the cottage or simply surf the internet .
