The space is a 48.69 sqm brand new,neat and clean 1-bedroom room feature beautiful Northern Thai decor and charm. There are 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1.5 bathroom. The bedroom has 1 king size bed and 1 floor mattress. (floor mattress for booking as 3 guests. If there are only two guests but wish to use a floor mattress, there is an additional fee.) There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. There are lots of chic places around; shops, cafes, coffee shops, local and international restaurants, grocery store, ATM, Banks. >> Facilities provided: << Hi speed wireless internet (70/30 Mbps), 43" UHD 4K Smart TV in living room, Towels, Shampoo , Conditioner and Body wash, Washing and dryer machine, Iron/iron board, Minibar, Cookwares and Basic kitchen appliances (fridge, electric stove , hood, toaster, water boiler, microwave), Hair dryer, Gym and pool. There is 24 Hr. security guards and CCTV. Only people with keycard can enter the building. Guests can access to room's floor by taping with key card every time before pressing floor button. - 5 mins walk to the famous Night Bazaar, - 20 mins walk to Old city, Tha Pae Gate and Sunday Walking Street. - 15 mins drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. Guests can exercise at the gym, enjoy infinity pool ,sauna and rooftop garden on floor 16. You can also reserve spa and dinner-server of Shangri-la hotel. It is conveniently located within the bustling centre of this culturally rich city. It is in the Chang Khlan area, within easy walking distance of the famous Night Bazaar. It’s close to fascinating museums, cultural centers, shops, and boutiques. The most common form of public transport is the red bus ( "Si-Lor Daeng" ) or local taxi ("Tuk-Tuk ") and they are easy to flag down. Just wave and let them know where you would like to go. You can also call “Grab” which is a brand new service in Chiang Mai. Please download Grab app on your mobile. >> Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding electricity usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 10 baht per unit , water supply for 35 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. The extra charge 700 baht per time is required, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you. Security deposit will not claimed unless guest did something damages, missing or break the house rules. It is administered by Airbnb,not paid up front.

Welcome in my town residence!Please feeling home at this perfect place and making it as yours.This brand new boutique Condo is located 150m in a quiet impasse from the main Nimmanhaemin Road which make this address so exceptional.This apartment is on the 6th floor and has 1 bedroom with king size bed, plus a balcony with a view overlooking the Chiang Mai City.This is a modern boutique condo, 45 sqm, equipped with a well kitchen and a dining area which can be unfold as a dining table for 2 person.The building has a swimming pool, sauna, a gym and a sky garden on the 8th floor with an amazing breathtaking view of the Doi Suthep Mountain and Chiangmai City. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove (not for heavy fried cooking), refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, water cooker, washing machine with drying function, as well as all the essential kitchen tools and utensils.We provide also ironer and ironing board. The living room has a 2-seated sofa, reading sofa, 42' LED TV shows local Thai Channels (upgrades to IPTV soon), DVD and wireless internet. The bathroom has a separate hot tub and shower area with rain shower.Soaps, shampoos and fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival. Facilities including swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room, lobby area, library, sky garden and 24 -hour security will be at your disposal. It takes 15 mins walk to Chiangmai University and 10 mins to Old City.Recommend to visit Chiangmai University in the evening with their delicious and cheap food and the night market. You can get a red bus (Song Taew) or a tuk-tuk (local taxi) at the main road.Alternatively you get around with a rented scooter scoopy@i in a very good condition at the cost of Baht 250/day.The renter will keep your passport or ID-card as security deposit. To maintain good service and providing our guest luxury at the same affordable price, we ask you helping us to save energy for environment reason by turning off Airconditioners and electric appliances when leaving the apartment.

My apartment is a 51 sqm, set in The Astra Condo (building A), a stylish building located in a great location in the center of Chiang Mai. The property is next to the Shangri-La hotel and only a 5 minutes walk to Night Bazaar, and Anusan Market, 10 minutes to Nawarat Bridge and Warorot Market, 15 mins walk to Tae Phae Gate and Sunday Market which is a less than 5 minute tuk-tuk ride. For guests flying to Chiang Mai, taxi ride is only 15 minutes from the airport.
