The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood, Chichester and Arundel. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!
