Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. Riverbank Retreat is a cosy unique wooden cabin nestled on the riverbank of the River Adur. It is situated in the country's smallest RSPB bird reserve and is the perfect place to get away and relax. On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. The picturesque town of Shoreham by Sea is nearby, and the beach is a 1 minute walk away.

Small convenience store at end of the road, but only a short walk from the Selsey village. Plenty to visit in the local area.

The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.
