Due to a severe regional drought, Lake Chickamauga is 4 feet lower than normal. No launching on site or tying up at the dock. - Enjoy a private dock on Lake Chickamauga with a private-entry, attached, studio apartment/efficiency featuring its own kitchenette and bathroom, with dedicated driveway for truck & boat trailer. Tuft & Needle mattresses. Perfect for the fishing fanatic OR those who enjoy water OR a romantic getaway. Lake Chic is seasonal;boats can use the dock early May - October.

Welcome to my little farm! It has been a labor of love since 2022! What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! Come enjoy your morning coffee in the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. I’ll leave the light on for you!

Located 6 minutes from downtown Dayton, TN. This newly renovated 1500 sq. ft. cabin sits on 1 acre & is the perfect place to get away or stay for local events. The floor plan has 2 levels and a loft with 4 twin beds plus a trundle. There is a bedroom with a bath, a living area, and kitchen that opens up to the covered deck. The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.
