Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Ideal family getaway. Parking for 3 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No events.

This home also includes an auto start generator that powers the whole house during a power outage, and has a wheel chair ramp, and low entry shower in the master bedroom for those with disabilities.
