A short drive and you're hiking in a state park or viewing fall colors in the beautiful St. Croix River Valley. On the East side of West Rush Lake, spanning 1.1 acres with shoreline on two sides, the property has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, WiFi and smart TVs in the LR, loft, and primary. Recreationally, there’s ping pong, foosball, a hot tub, a private beach area, outdoor fire pit, and easy access to fishing, swimming, boating, and more! Enjoy a nearby golf course with simulators or two lakeside restaurant for dining. Additionally, a winery, waterpark, and casinos all within a half hour.
