Super cozy and comfy, wrap around couch, 55" TV, and many ski videos to watch to get the blood pumping. Stocked kitchen wares. Private road. Peek-a-boo views to Mt. Ellen on a clear day. Back yard is super private with a fire pit and leads to the Lockwood Brook/Slide Brook and the Catamount trail.

(NOTE: 2 night minimum on weekends; house is air-conditioned but this room keeps some heat in the summer months as it is on the 3rd floor of an older home).
