Our prime location is nearby shopping at Silver Sand Outlets, grocery store, and dinning. After a day full of fun activities enjoy cooking dinner in the condo's fully equipped kitchen and refresh every night in the comfortable king bed , while the kids relax in the bunk beds. Plenty parking.

Located in the middle of Destin, recently remodeled 1 bedroom apartment. Gated community, 0.8 miles from the closest public beach, on the first floor. Pet friendly, no pet fee/extra cleaning fee for pets. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 65 inch smart tv in the living room, beautiful view to the lake. The unit doesn’t have washer/dryer, laundry room is 100 yards away. The property has 2 tennis courts, 3 pools and grilling area. Very close to shops, restaurants and other attractions.
