Set within a traditional whitewashed building, this sunlit residence offers privacy, sea views, and timeless Aegean charm. The house features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 spacious verandas where you can enjoy your meals under the shade or simply relax while overlooking the garden and sea.

Our 4 persons apartment at beautiful Mylopotas (150m distance from the beach). Is 45sqm situated on the ground floor with private balcony offering great view(sea/swimming pool/garden/mountain). Is part of our small family runned Paradise Apartments and studios unit and is ideal for small groups . The apartment is offering: kitchen facilities shower style bathroom free wifi flat tv hair dryer linen/towels daily cleaning in general at the hotel: swimming pool pool bar pool table

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(200 meters dirt road). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house. Enjoy the magnificent sunset, the serenity of the sea and discover the beauty at the narrow streets of Ios! We can host groups up to 16 people on our villas!

This is a big ( 55 sm) apartment with a huge balcony that view the port of Ios, the yacht mooring and the "Yialos" beach. Notre luxueuse maison de style cycladique vous accueillera pour vos vacances sur l'île de Ios, à 400m de la superbe plage de Yalos. Située légèrement en hauteur, vous bénéficierez d'une vue panoramique sur Kampos (la campagne), Chora (le village), le port et enfin la plage. Tout cela dans une quiétude absolue, loin de la vie animée du village, mais à proximité de toutes commodités. Malheureusement, nous n'acceptons pas les groupes d'étudiants.

Magganari , is on the south of the island 25km from the main village. There are Not Super Markets no Bars.
