A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!

Beach House

Traditional Villa, situated right next to the beach, with exquisite views of Mylopotas bay, which is the main and most popular beach on Ios. Large balcony and living room, bedroom, with outdoor ensuite shower. Close to many good restaurants, and many other amneties, such as watersports, gym, dive center, tennis courts. Ideal place to relax, and enjoy the magic of this Greek Island.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο χώρο διαμονής. Πανέμορφη θέα στο γαλανόλευκο φόντο των Κυκλάδων μας, και στο υπέροχο Αιγαιοπελαγίτικο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Σε μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο της χώρας( 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια για τα ψώνια και τη διασκέδασή σας), αλλά και απο τις υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, wc, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και barbeque.

Our house is located at Agia Theodoti, 150 meters from the beach. The beach is 1.5 Km long with golden sand and crystal clear emerald water. The area is very peaceful and the visitors may enjoy the most relaxing holidays.
