With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. We have created the holiday space we always search for, come and enjoy it Summer or Winter!

Whether for a long weekend or longer stays, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and explore nearby cafes, eateries, bars, and Orangetheory Stadium. Free parking w/ EV charger!

Sunhaven

Warm and sunny, self contained apartment, private lounge and bathroom in a quiet lane on the lower slopes of Huntsbury Hill. Off street parking, 3 pin plug power for EV (small extra charge may apply). Small kitchenette with tea + coffee facilities, sink, fridge and microwave. Wifi, bus stop, shops and restaurant, 3 minute walk, 4 km to city center, 12 km (20 minute drive) to airport. Lovely on-site and helpful hosts. Please ask; but bed configuration not really suitable for children.

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. Luxury 4 bedroom house in central city 5 star

This downtown oasis is the perfect mix of style, comfort and convenience. Just a short walk to the myriad of city attractions on one side and the natural beauty of the Botanic Gardens on the other. 'City Sanctuary on Kilmore' is a large modern executive house that caters easily for professionals, (free fast Wifi) travelers, families and anyone wanting a home away from home with a touch of luxury. Dont be fooled by other central apartments, this is a standalone luxury central townhouse!!

Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.

You’ll love SiloStay because of the ambience, the outdoors space, the light, the comfy bed, and the neighbourhood. SiloStay is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. As our Silos are isolated from each other, and the SiloCheck-In is contactless, we are not requesting Vaccine Passes. The only areas where SiloNauts might encounter each other are at the Key Kiosk and Drop-Off, in the car park or on the boardwalks providing access to the Silos.

No cooking facilities but there is a microwave and toaster. Enjoy the garden and the private separate entrance with off street parking. Lots of walking & bike trails at your doorstep.
