Allandale Bush Retreat

A nice relaxing bush setting,on a lifestyle block, that also has farm animals.( chickens, ducks & sheep). There is seasonal fruit to pick from our trees, such as apples pears & feijoas. You can have breakfast outdoors with the bellbirds or a barbecue in the evening. We are only an hours walk along a beach track to the local Otorimiro(Governors Bay) hotel , or else it is 5 minutes drive. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to the Port Hill walking tracks and mountain bike trails.

The Children's Bay Woolshed

This loving conversion of a historic Woolshed situated upon the Children's Bay homestead block offers the perfect escape to get back into nature. A 5 minute walk to the start of the village and just a couple of minutes to the start of the infamous Childrens Bay 'Rhino Walk' make this the most memorable farm stay! You'll get the place all to yourself, and it is ideally suited to a romantic getaway for your personal favourite, or even bring the kids along with 2 additional single beds available.

The Studio @ Raupo Creek - Rural, self contained.

Peaceful, two bedroom studio, stand alone Garden room with queen bed also available (extra charge), rural outlook. 10 minutes from Christchurch CBD or gateway to Selwyn district, very handy for Lincoln, Prebbleton, Akaroa and the bays, very handy to several popular Wedding venues in the area. Plenty of free parking, TV, Wifi, ideal for couples or families. Separate laundry facilities and additional toilet situated close by. Pets negotiable, grazing and facilities for horses also available.

Private oasis with stunning views to native bush

A quiet and private oasis overlooking native bush on our farm in Banks Peninsula. A unique, off the grid experience in our warm (centrally heated) and luxurious, brand new caravan. Gaze at the stars in your own little paradise whilst soaking in our private outdoor bath and/or enjoy exploring the spectacular bays around Banks Peninsula. Our 1/2 acre section is fully fenced so that your pet (if bringing) can roam freely. Even though we are off grid, we have great internet access (fast WIFI).

Kanuka Retreat

Kanuka Cottage is a rustic, tastefully decorated cottage set in a kanuka wood. It provides absolute privacy and has all the amentities for a quiet 'away from it' retreat. Basic kitchenette , luxury bathroom and wonderful decks with peaceful sounds of the stream and abundant birdlife. The cottage has a king bed with quality linen and a blissful latex mattress. Cosy warm with a backup portable heater. Located at Grehan Valley Farm a fews minutes drive from central Akaroa a 10 minute walk.

Guest House on acreage - quiet and private setting

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

Red Barn Cottage

Relax and unwind in our cozy fully furnished barn, on our tranquil 10 Acre property in Motukarara, the gateway to Banks Peninsula. The cottage was extensively refurbished in 2025 and offers a high standard of clean, beautifully presented self contained accommodation, with uninterrupted views of farm paddocks and rolling hills. Hang up a hammock, and enjoy the sun, or enjoy a scenic walk. Enjoy breakfast on the front deck, and drinks on the patio in the private garden to watch the sunset!

With an outlook of native Kanuka and large pines this 3 bedroom home in Purau Valley is perfect for a relaxing holiday, boating, fishing or exploring the area Only 45 min from Christchurch city, on the stunning Banks Peninsula and just 1.5 hours to the popular town of Akaroa. A 5min drive to the ferry to take you to lyttelton for great restaurants or the saturday farmers market. or just hang out with the resident goats.

Koromiko Farm Stay @ Loch Sloy Farm Little River

This is the original farmhouse. It was built during the mid nineteenth century, but has been completely modernised, with a new kitchen, log burner and twin bathrooms, one with claw foot bath. Its view is down Lake Forsythe (Wairewa). Lochsloy is a small working farm, with sheep, chickens, and a small forestry block.
