Our place is a modern, self-contained 2 bedroom apartment located above the main house, complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, balcony and private access (as shown in photos). 100 meters from the bus stop taking you directly to the city center in 15 mins, (5 min drive with own vehicle). You’ll love our place because of the quiet location, ambient space, friendly folk and the outdoor area available for you to enjoy. This ecologically & sustainably designed home off a private lane surrounded by native bushland with arguably one of the best views in town. With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here.
