There are two playgrounds nearby, one just over the fence, and another one 3 mins walk - 200 meters to Westlake.

Your room has everything you need with a private bathroom and toilet down the shared hallway. you are always welcome to use the shared kitchen/ dining/lounge/outdoor area as you like. During your stay we are happy to interact as much or as little as you would like. The stay is shared with my family of 4.
