This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Located on first floor and provides 2 bedrooms, lounge / diner, shower bathroom, chill / hide out room, spacious 130sq. ft balcony (rare!) with amazing views / sunsets over Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island and in the distance the Poole Quay area. Looking at our photo's is a real must!!! Relax on the balcony and just watch some amazing views, there is always something interesting to see!!!

The Dudsbury Lodge is a lovely modern day cabin set in a semi rural area over looking lovely fields with its own private parking and courtyard for the perfect evening BBQ with the friends and family to relax in comfort with the stunning long ham lakes near by for an evening walks, local pubs and restaurants at a walking distance and only a short drive to the award winning beaches in Bournemouth, pets are allowed but must be well trained and additional cost of £20 payable on check in.

John's Barn

Beautiful architect designed barn set in private woodland of over 50 acres. John's Barn was the result of a conversion of an existing barn. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The natural woodland, fields, lake and river give the chance to get back to nature and is ideal for children to explore. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park national park.
