Although home has country feel, the neighborhood offers paved roads for walking and enjoying mountain views, deck, fire pit, and a "swurfer" swing provide a relaxing and fun backyard experience. Often property is shared with Guest Cottage right next door! Near the New River, McCoy Falls, tubing, kayaking and fishing are less than 5 minutes away. Pet fee required.

The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.
