This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. Located on country road that is beautiful for walking, we are located 1/2 mile from the Portneuf Wellness Complex, Nouveau Medspa, the Soda Barn and several local businesses.

This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Awesome get away or stop along your way, or just come & play!

Ross Park Guesthouse

Hospital is 10 minute away for work or visiting trips. ISU is just down the road. Ross Park Zoo, Parks, and Swimming Complex are a walk away. Close to many locally owned Restaurants. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all minutes away such as City Creek and Edson Fichter. Easy drive to the freeway to get to Pebble Creek for skiing or Lava Hot Springs for other water fun. Nostalgic train sounds most guests say is background noise.

It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID.
