Brand new, luxury 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Chueca’s bustling pedestrian shopping street! This bright spacious and well appointed apartment is newly renovated in 2023 and located in one of the hippest areas in Madrid. It's spacious floor plan, full kitchen & full amenities make it a home away from home. There is no better place to explore the city! This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. Central AC / Heating, Sound Insulated Windows (facing Pedestrian street), High Speed Wifi 300Mbps, Smart Flat Screen TVs (55” inch, 32”inch, 43”inch) to use your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Full Kitchen, oven, Washer / Dryer Combination Unit, Clothes line, iron, ironing board, Powerful Hair Dryer, Plenty of Hangers, Fresh Linens, 1 towel set per registered guest (bath towel, hand towel), Rituals shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, High chair, bottle warmer(advance request), baby monitor (advance request), baby travel cot (advance request), safety deposit box, Early Check-in (2h before), Late Night Check-in, Late check out subject to availability, fees. 1st floor with Elevator, door code for apartment door. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

It is modern designed, themed to its name, Autumn, and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa and a working table, kitchen with a dining table and bathroom. We took special care of all the little details, to make it the best stay for you! It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

La cocina es de tipo americana y convive con el salón en una excelente atmósfera, todo en su perfecta combinación en cuanto a colores y diseño. En la parte del salón hay un comodísimo sofá-cama de apertura italiana, que tiene en su interior prácticamente una cama con un colchón de 1.40m de ancho x 2.00m de largo frente a un televisor de 40 pulgadas. La habitación tiene una amplia y confortable cama de 1.50m de ancho x 1.90 m de largo y un armario. Las excelentes calidades de todos los muebles se suman a lo completa y bonita que es la cocina, y a lo amplio que es el baño, que harán que tu estancia en Madrid sea maravillosa. Wifi. El apartamento está acondicionado con tecnología de última generación, tiene entrada al edificio y al apartamento automática (sin contacto con el anfitrión, mediante una aplicación que abre de manera remota ambas puertas). Es imprescindible y necesario tener siempre un teléfono móvil con suficiente batería para realizar la apertura del edificio y del apartamento. Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling.
