Bathroom 1 has a water heater; Bathroom 2 has no water heater. Facilities include Smart TV with full Astro channels, high-speed Unifi WiFi, washing machine, fridge, Coway water filter, iron, and cooking stove. Located in a private, breezy area—peaceful yet near the city.
