Villa ini terletak tidak jauh dari pusat kota. Tepatnya di dalam kompleks Resort Dago Pakar. Berada di lembah dengan pemandangan hijau dan dialiri sungai kecil di halaman belakang villa. Terdapat akses untuk menuju ke sungai. Dilengkapi dengan kolam renang air hangat, anak anak bisa bebas berenang kapan saja. Villa ini terdapat banyak tangga, sehingga mungkin tidak cocok untuk manula. Terdapat outdoor kitchen di halaman belakang. Bisa digunakan untuk bbq an bersama keluarga / garden party

Casa 42 is a 5-bedroom house with 5 AC that can accommodate up to 15 guests and is about 5 km from the city center. 10 guests will be sleeping on 6 beds and the other 5 guests will be on the travel beds. All 4 bathrooms have hot water. Towels, bath amenities, iron & a washing machine are provided. A Rice cooker, microwave, BBQ grill pan & cutlery are available. Netflix, TV & Wifi are free. A carport for 2 cars is available (size 5 x 6 m) Maximum car height for entrance is 2.4 meters.
