Old Homosassa Water Front, Ice Machine & Kayaks

Located directly on the Homosassa River with Gulf Access. Remodeled home located in Old Homosassa. Almost an acre corner lot overlooking the huge bay. Large 2600 square foot, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The property has a screened lanai room, large BBQ patio, screened boathouse with a cleaning station on the dock with sink, ICE MACHINE, and open patio. Huge boat tie-up area. Truly a fisherman's paradise. You can fish right off the dock. Close to everything!!!! BOATLIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS.

Angie's Acre

Angie's Acre is found in a wooded area of single family homes where Florida's Nature Coast really begins! Miles of walking roads run through the area. Located 5 miles from the Chasshowitzka boat ramp it offers an undisturbed woodland hideaway. 10 miles south is world famous Weeki Wachee Springs. To the north are Homosassa and Crystal River where fishing and boating is second nature. Boat parking available on site. Make yourself at home and enjoy the fenced wooded acre. Pets welcome!

Nature’s Getaway- 💯 Remodeled Animal Free Property

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

Ozello Island House

Beautiful stilted home in the community of Ozello. 2/2 sleeps 4 people total. Exceptions to occupancy must be pre-approved by hosts. Large covered deck provides stunning views of the water and wildlife with direct access to the Gulf and nature preserve from Pirate Cove community boat ramp down the street (no dock at property). Get on "island time" and enjoy everything this quaint community has to offer. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends.

Charming, quaint, quiet, and relaxing Homosassa Springs home (not on water) in the heart of swim with the Manatees, Scalloping, and Mermaid country. You have the full use of the home without any other occupants. 2 bedrooms with walk in closets, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry. Gated backyard with double entry gate. Covered parking for one with plenty of additional uncovered parking space. Sorry - not suitable for children and pets are not allowed.

Nestled amongst the trees on the peaceful Withlacoochee River is Coral Cove, a 1-bedroom/1-loft bedroom/1-bathroom waterfront townhouse that is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It is just a mile from Rainbow River and is ideally suited to guests who want to golf, fish, bike, or enjoy water sports, as well as those who want to nature watch. Only 20 miles to WEC (World Equestrian Center). Includes two parking spaces and a boat slip. Boat launch across the river.

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.

Chassahowitzka River Cottage

Chassahowitzka River cottage on canal with FREE use of six kayaks . Launch kayaks from the back dock to the Chassahowitzka River. Ten minute kayak trip to the Seven Sisters Springs. Public boat ramp/campground 5 min. away . Great for scalloping season and kayaking year round. Front circular driveway and yard big enough to park your boat. Roku TV and Internet, no cable.

A-Frame modern home located on hundreds of acres of protected wetlands privately accessed via the 250’ boardwalk from the house. Private dock on the Withlacoochee River backwaters access Rainbow River and Lake Rousseau from house by boat. Community boat ramp 3 doors down. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths each has it’s own walk out deck. Hot tub on lower deck. No pets. Leave no trace!
