This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Adventures, fishing, while manatees, dolphins, and other wildlife can be spotted near year-round. Sit by a fire and relax in Adirondack chairs, hammock or at a picnic table. Bring water toys, kayaks, ATVs, RV/trailer, boats, and fur babies for the ultimate GLAMPING getaway!

A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.
