Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. Bus stops give easy access to Perth City and Fremantle.

On site parking, indoor fire, outdoor fire pit (in season) and BBQ. Note - A garden centre operates on part of the property & there may be some noise from 6.30am-5pm Mon-Sat, & Sun 8am-4pm
