The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

We warmly invite you to enjoy a glamping experience in The Herdsman's Hut.  Unique and  hand built, The Herdsman's Hut is fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom and mini kitchenette, and features beautiful exposed oak beams and a cosy woodburning stove. It's safe to say we're a fan of glamping and smoothing the edges of roughing it.  We look forward to welcoming you to our farm.

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

The Summerhouse sits in the middle of a 5 acre garden with no immediate neighbours. This former outbuilding has been lovingly repurposed and offers an open plan living space with a day bed which converts into two singles or a kingsize bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom.

Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a vineyard view. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired pizza oven and an electric wall heater-lit with festoon lighting. ONE Small doggy welcome. We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
