Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

This beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment (with sofa bed) is just south of Seaview Golf Course and 200m from the beach. Beach cafes, bars, restaurants and the train station are all within a 10 minute walk. Full kitchen facilities and ocean views from the balcony! We provide tea, coffee, milk and cereal as basic breakfast items. Smart TV with free to air TV apps installed. Streaming services available. Due to beach location phone signal can be patchy as mobile towers are over the ridge.

Your unit is through a gate and down a slightly sloped mulch pathway. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.
