Located on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia we are close to the most stunning beaches in Australia & a short drive to the worldclass McLaren Vale wine district. In the heart of McLaren Vale, nestled on a 15 acre working vineyard, close to fabulous restaurants & cellar doors, offering stunning vineyard views from the king bedroom and verandah with BBQ, luxury linen, wood burning fireplace (May-Oct only), kitchen with dishdrawer, coffee machine & washer/dryer. Guests have access to a jacuzzi high in the vineyard, on a platform with 360 degrees of the vineyards, rolling hills and out to the ocean.

Sea & Wine Retreat

Single nights accepted - Sunday - Thursday only (blackout days apply) Easter, long weekends and Christmas have longer minimum night stays - please enquire if interested in booking these times. Pets allowed: there is a courtyard sized backyard & fenced & gated front yard. Please advise when booking. This beautiful property with sea views has been renovated with modern decor and the feel of a city apartment, located at one of the most beautiful beaches in the south of Adelaide, Maslin Beach.

Only 50 minutes drive from Adelaide CBD, you have the iconic Willunga Market just 10 minutes away for some fresh produce, before you meander onto the McLaren Vale wine region where you can pick up some quality red wines. Bring these back and enjoy whilst you relax in spa and take in the magnificent beach sunset. Take in a stroll/drive onto Silver Sands, only 2 minutes away.

Terra Firma - 1850s Fleurieu Cottage

Take a step back in time. Built in 1850, this cottage was once occupied by the very Caffreys after whom our street is named. The cottage is structurally identical to how those European settlers would have inhabited it. The thick walls are fantastic for keeping both the summer heat and winter cold out. Workers, holiday-makers, and day-trippers have come through this place, each having left their own little mark. And hopefully, the soul of this place will make a bit of an imprint on you too.

Beautiful beachfront location with uninterrupted sea views, only metres from the beach. The kitchen, dining area, lounge and balcony upstairs and the master bedroom all offer uninterrupted sea views. Moana has a beautiful beach, located 10 minutes from the McLaren Vale wine district and sits on the coast at the gateway to the magical Fleurieu Penninsula.

Bundaleer Cottage B&B (one or two bedrooms)

Established in 2018, situated amongst the gum trees in the McLaren Vale Wine Region Bundaleer Cottage is a wonderful place to stay for special occasions. Set for one or two couples, it features a beautiful rural outlook onto vineyards and a small forest. The front veranda looks onto the gum trees of the Heritage Beltunga Homestead. We have very good access for wheelchairs. We are also pet friendly on request. If requiring both bedrooms, a service fee will apply for the second bedroom.

Moana Esplanade - Beachfront Townhouse

Sit on the balcony, looking out over beautiful Moana Beach and enjoy the most spectacular sunsets. Relaxing walks along the beach or lay on the sand and soak up the sun. A wonderful 2 storey self-contained beachfront holiday townhouse located right on the esplanade at Moana Beach overlooking the beautiful white beach and clear blue waters. Only 10 minutes drive to enjoy the fabulous McLaren Vale wineries or Port Noarlunga where the kids can explore the reef or the adventure playground.

Stylish Studio with superb vineyard views

This studio is located on our 2 acre property surrounded by a working vineyard. Featuring natural light, a queen bed, lounge area, modern functioning kitchen, breakfast bar nook and a separate modern bathroom. There is an outdoor spa bath on the large deck with views back to McLaren Vale. Nearby is Willunga township and golf course, farmers market, cellar doors, restaurants and beaches. Those looking for exercise we have a tennis court and the Shiraz trail is adjacent.

Acorn Nook @ Lazy Ballerina - Rustic Eco Tiny Home

This tiny house, the Nook, is nestled under oak trees. A perfect stay during the local wedding season, or when you just want to get out and explore. Styled with a rustic touch and wabi-sabi principles, the Nook is equipped with a queen bed and kitchenette facilities, including a bbq, and even an outdoor bath! This amazing place is here to enjoy a stress-free environment - just sit, have a glass of wine, & relax while enjoying the rural vistas from the veranda.
