It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

Bus stop to Parramatta or Castle Towers is 300 metres away. 800 metres to the bus stop on M2 and you can be in the city after 3 stops. 5 minute drive to 2 Shopping Malls. The unit is on the left end of the whole house. Its bedroom and bathroom are upstairs；the kitchen/dinning and washing machine are downstairs. NETFLIX and NBN WI-FI are provided.

Garden guesthouse

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request. There are buses M52 & M501 to Darling Harbor or Town Hall station in 30mins, which located 2mins walk from home. The home is walkable distance to local coffee shops , restaurants and Top Ryde shopping centre. The guest home is newly renovated and sitting at the back of the house with independent entry.
