This beautiful cottage is over 100 years old , in the same family for 80 years which is where the name Stanton is from,so I thought only fitting to name it after them. Beautifully renovated with all original features of a double brick home . Feel at home with all the comforts required during your stay. With a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine and a variety of Teas ,Fully enclosed yard with hills hoist and cottage garden. Open plan living and dining,Formal lounge to relax , sit back and enjoy complimentary Netflix &WIFI,3 bedrooms one with Queen bed, 1 with Double and 1 with 2 singles that can be made into a double . All with Beautiful warm linen and throws to keep you warm and snug on a winters night. Large Walk-in shower, Beautiful deep claw foot bath to relax in. During Winter the cottage is warm and cosy with gas heating .In summer air conditioner to keep the house nice and cool . This is your home away from home. Guest have access to the whole house which includes a large undercover outdoor area and garden, with plenty of parking in the driveway and street. Welcome to “Birdies on the Murray”. Our lovely 4 bedroom home in Albury-Wodonga. Located in close proximity to the Thurgoona Golf Club at the top of the 14th green. This spacious home can accommodate up to 8 guests, ( 3 queen beds and 1 double bed) great for families or groups. Perfect for a golfing holiday or a nice quiet getaway. Approximately 6kms from Lake Hume and the Murray river, to enjoy fishing, skiing and an array of water sports. Also, only an hours drive to the Victorian ski fields.

Feel welcomed in our family home with myself my partner our daughter and our two dogs. You will have access to a spacious bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath and toilet just down the hallway. It will be sometimes shared with other people like our friends and family. You'll have access to our kitchen and fridge in the laundry. We are a 10 minute drive to Woolworths, Bottleshop, Chemist, petrol station, Bakery, car wash and cafes. We are close to the snowfields. Look forward to your stay.
