Welcome to my newly renovated apartment , 35m2 (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen+living room and a small balcony with back yard view) on the 1st floor (10 steps to climb), in a quiet 1-way street, but just a few minutes walking distance from farmers' market with locally grown food, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, bakery, cake&pastry ,supermarkets, pharmacy, gym, public garage, night club, casino.. It's 5 tram stops (no.1&17)away from the main city square (Ban Jelacic) or 15-20 min. walk distance:2km
