Apartman se nalazi u centru grada u neposrednoj blizini muzičke akademije,Trga Republike Hrvatske i Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta, dječje bolnice, botaničkog vrta ili 7-8 min hoda do glavnog gradskog trga odnosno jednu tramvajsku stanicu.Parkirno mjesto osigurano u dvorištu

Newly refurbished apartment of 30 sq.m /323 sq. feet, in central/downtown Zagreb, in the high quality modernist 1930s building-built by an award winning architect- with new elevator, few steps from Westin Hotel and Croatian National Theatre, and a few minutes walk from the main city square/Trg B. Jelačića. It is very quiet, bright, located on the third floor, facing the inner courtyard full of vegetation. It is fully equipped with brand new furniture, and is is suitable for longer stays too.

The apartmernt is only a 10-minute walk from the main Ban J. Jelačić Square. You can entry the facility on your own on the day of booking at any time after 4 p.m.

The parking lot is in front of the building of the apartement and all arround, it's public and the parking ticket is 13,30 euro per day or 23,90 euro per week. The parking is in Red zone no. 1
