房客“In my years of travelling and using air bnb, i have actually never, ever experienced such an inconsiderate, insensitive and impractical host like Sefa. Sefa is the first host I come across that actually made me reconsider Airbnb’s experience . I have stayed in over 30 places worldwide, apartments, villas, rooms, experiences, you name it, and I want to assure you, that I was never left not satisfied. It’s inevitable that some apartments are not up to our standards, but hosts on air bnb always made sure to make it up in their service, in their communication, in easing cancellations, or whatever they can offer to keep us content. In your case, I was left without ANY word of communication or form of reply or reassurance after i had taken the time to explain myself thoroughly following ur bold accusations to me that 1- the smell does not exist, customer is claiming false things 2- I had dirtied you apartment It is an absolute disappointment and offense to me, that for a measly 90 USD you are actually happy ignoring somebody that tried to stay at your apartment and give YOU business on airbnb. For the sole reason and basic need of hygiene and cleanliness standards, for safely & comfortably staying in your apartment at the time of COVID-19 In Dubai UAE, It is your actual DUTY to ensure you are listing an aparment that ensures customer demands are met, and if you fail to comply or are ij your case not interested in complying, then that is okay too, just process a refund, or any form of refund or response to any of this. Instead, you chose to accuse me of the smell not existing, blame me for dirtying your apartment when I had actually entirely sanitized the surfaces for you, to then say the smell i left for does not exist. 3 days later now and you have left the situation with complete neglect. For my loss of 107 USD, i wanted to pass a piece of my mind to you and make it absloutely worth it. You should consider not dealing with customers for the future, especially on air bnb which promises world wide standards or the minimal knowledge of customers service.”
