You may want to read the HOUSE RULES before making a reservation. My cozy place has a partial view of Taal lake and Rotonda. Very close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Olivarez and Ayala Mall Serin. This is my personal home whenever I'm in the area. I am expecting for my guests to respect it and keep it clean.
