Located about an hour from Portland at Mount Hood’s base, Zigzag Mountain Farm offers 50 acres of meadows and forest, bordering a national forest. Camp in your own tent, van, or camper; stay in one of eight yurts, a rent-a-tent, the original two-bedroom homestead cabin, or our tiny house. The farm has an organic garden, communal campfire circle, picnic areas, a campers’ kitchen in a converted city bus, outdoor seating with BBQs, a kids’ play structure, hiking trails, and a year-round creek.

Reconnect with nature and escape the heat on our 28 acre filbert orchard, better known as hazelnuts. On hot summer days you’ll find the temperature under the orchard canopy almost 10 degrees cooler at the heat of the day. Feel free to roam the orchard, play a little hide and seek, hang up a hammock, or bring a blanket and picnic. Within walking or bicycle distance are fantastic amenities. Here to visit wine country? Park your car and immediately enjoy your vacation with this precious tiny trailer. This little gem features a gas stove and oven, sink with potable water, a mini fridge and full size bed. The trailer has been fully renovated with wooden siding and trim on both the exterior and interior, giving it that "precious" tiny home feel. The entire tiny trailer is under a newly built metal roof, providing an addition 10ft of covered dry area in front of the trailer for stretching or other recreation.
