Rest and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway within five minutes walk from East Clacton sandy beaches on the outskirts of Clacton on Sea. A few miles away there are Nature Reserves and places of historical interest. You can enjoy long walks and/or cycling further afield along the seafront. Clacton Pier is about 20 minutes walk away where you’ll also find a good choice of restaurants etc. The cottage has its own private entrance with parking. There are also regular train and bus services.

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Designed and built by local architects and craftspeople, the house is a perfect base for couples, close to the waterfront and in the heart of beautiful Suffolk countryside. There is a fantastic choice of walks, cycling, and horse rides, as well as opportunities to get onto or into the water or stay in and be cosy.

Holland Beach is a 15 minute walk and the nearest dog park is a 5 minute walk across the road. We only rent to over 21's. All dogs are welcome at no extra charge but must be kept on a leash, whilst out on site. Great bus service into Clacton town and direct buses to Colchester, St Oysth and Harwich. Club house has decent acts on but you must purchase site passes to watch.

The house has 1 DB bedroom, 1 bedroom with adult size bunk beds, kitchen/diner, bathroom, living room with a 55" TV and free Wifi. Fully Electric. Private parking. The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Ideal location whether you are visiting Clacton for business or leisure. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the sea front. The town centre supermarket is a 2 minute walk away and so is the town centre. There is off-road parking for 1 car. Aside from the beach, popular local amenities include the pier and arcades as well as the cinema (£3.50) and there are plenty of great local restaurants. All within easy walking distance.

BBQ. 0.7 mi walk to town high street and amenities. 0.4 mi walk to the closest pub. 1.6 mi walk to sea front.
