Sleeping up to eight guests, this space is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to reconnect on the water in a beautiful setting. A gentle, no-steps path leads directly to the crystal-clear water, with private dock tucked inside a quiet no-wake cove. Perfect for swimming, floating, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or casting a line without boat traffic rushing by.

Perfect for couples seeking peace, privacy, & a chance to reconnect. Sleeps up to 4 adults. No parties, kids or pets allowed. The final stretch to the property is a private mountain road. AWD/4WD is highly recommended, especially after rain.

Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

Lake Effect

Lake Effect is a modern Lakefront home on beautiful Norris Lake. This vacation home offers many amenities including a large lake front dock, hot tub, pool table and fire pit. There is also a gentle slope to the lake, No Steps!! Or you can use the graveled driveway that takes you right to the dock. Not too many homes on Norris Lake have such easy access to the lake. This is our home away from home and if you decide to stay at Lake Effect, we hope you love it as much as we do.

Our modern lakefront cabin sleeps 21 with 2 full width decks, and a hot tub and fire table on lower decks, dock w/ covered slip + picnic table. Come enjoy our place at Norris Lake under knotty pine cathedral ceilings with unlimited WiFi, 6 free kayaks, outdoor fire pit, and wooded views of the Lake and mountains. Fam Rm with sofas, high-end furnishings + cozy décor welcome you to this 6- bedroom getaway in the no-wake cove of Flat Hollow Marina.

Amazing Norris Lake house with dock

You have to see this place. It’s the perfect place for your group or family. 3 level house on the water with its own covered dock. Come swim, boat, or fish in the lake. Afterwards relax by the hot tub or on one of the 3 huge decks overlooking the water. Note 1: The house has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. With that view comes about 90 steps from the top floor all the way down to the water. Note2: Maximum of 4 parking spots onsite.
