Our home is on a quiet 3 acre property just 5 miles from town. We have vegetable gardens, fruit orchards and dozens of berry bushes. We have amazing views of the Olympic Mountains and our neighbor is a lavender farm! The studio apartment is a bright, sunny place which is attached to our home, but has its own entrance. It's a wonderful venue for visitors to the area being close to both the water and the mountains and the lavender farms. We are a short ferry ride to both Victoria and Seattle.

Originally the cottage was a chicken coop on this 5 acre ranchette nestled in the small farming community of Happy Valley. As the valley became more residential the cottage has been nicely converted to a comfortable indoor/outdoor living space. Pasture and farm still abound and mix with wildlife and recreation. Olympic National Park and Forest just to the south. Strait of Juan de Fuca and Dungeness Recreation Area to the north. Pacific Ocean to the west and Hood Canal and Seattle to the east.

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

Secluded, comfortable and welcoming 3 bedroom, 1 bath guest house set in the woods on a bluff above the Strait. Horses, birds, deer and other wildlife - just lovely! 15 minutes to Port Angeles, 20 minutes to Lake Crescent and Olympic National Park. Attached to main house but has a private entrance. Well-equipped kitchenette but no stove. Bedroom 1: queen bed and full-sized futon plus seating and dining area. Bedroom 2: twin beds. Bedroom 3: full-sized bed. Please, no children under 12.

You can cook your own meals in a fully stocked kitchenette with a hot plate, mini fridge, french press, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster and microwave.

Our Katmoget Croft is light and airy with high ceilings, quirky decor and windows on all sides that frame the pastoral surroundings. It features a well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, comfortable queen bed, flat screen tv, starlink internet, and large patio/outdoor living area.

Explore our 100 year old family farm, take a walk down country roads, pick seasonal fruit, play vintage records and watch the sunset from the loft deck.

Beautiful landscaping with a trout pond, large yard, in season berries on the bushes, produce in the garden, fresh eggs in the chicken coop and catch and release trout fishing.
