It is situated on a quiet street with a queen bedroom, well appointed bathroom, large open-plan living space and a private courtyard. A short, level stroll to the centre of Sawtell Village takes you to the beach, cafes, restaurants, clubs & pubs and boutique shopping.

Wonderful views of Yamba marina Close proximity to all that Yamba offers. 10 minute scenic walk along the river to the heart of Yamba. 1 minute from boat ramp to access the Clarence river and ocean.
